Water - Ocean - Vacation - Paradise

What more can you say. While we are all dreaming about warm sunshine and the way it glistens on the water, well, it's time to prepare for the summer and or the photos from a winter vacation. Warmth of the sun, a cool drink, what else is there?

As you can see above that is the theme of the 3 layouts. The papers are very light and airy and show off the colors of the beach and sunshine. Dig your toes in and let it go. Get yourself ready for a wonderful summer and think about how you can scrap your pictures. Choose papers that will convey the very special feelings and thoughts of a special time.

OUTRAGEOUS

Browns, blue, and cream colors all blend together to make an outstanding layout. This is a perfect combination for a male. Young or old. The paper is made by Little Yellow Bicycle. The layout is accented with Bazzill Basics Paper in navy and brown. The piece of plain cream on the top page is make special for journaling. I really liked working with this paper set.

TOAD-LY ME

Toads, bugs & flowers. This paper was so cute I could not resist. I chose my base and accent paper, proceeded to cut out the flowers, bugs and toads. The flowers are a mixture of fake and the ones I cut out. The bugs are enjoying the flowers and the toads are overseeing the whole page. Just a simple and sweet way to frame your photos.

2 Layouts and a Card

Thank You - just a very pretty and spring time card. On the inside there is plenty of room for your favorite poem, photo or anything you think would let the recipient know that you are thankful for them.

Mom and Mother - a really pretty 2 page layout for the special mother in your life. It is easily put together and you just add precious pictures and journaling. Now you are ready to go. Ribbons, flowers and embossed punches were used and add a wonderful dimension.

Brothers - is very boy and I used jute to outline the photo mats. The paper is made by Glitz and is multicolored dinos and the other page is Glitz notebook paper. Please take your time and look at the layouts and card. I am having such a wonderful time making layouts and other items for the store. I am going to put them all on my site so I can share my ideas with you.

Hello everyone. I just had to write and send you a letter that I received from one of my customers today. I am so touched and am so grateful that she chose my book to give to her friend. Here is the letter.

"Hello Sandra...

I just needed to send you a personal note of thanks and tell you that this album, Sweet 16 is beyond beautiful. The photos on ebay just don't do it service. You are an exceptional designer and I'm sending you lots of applause.
The young woman who'll be receiving this for her Birthday is one who overcame an early childhood cancer. No medical professional said she'd be here...all of us knew better. We celebrate her this year with "Clear" thought processes of health and beauty.
This Album .. is that and more.

I know that this letter really tugged at my heart. I have added this young 16 year old young lady to my prayer list. I ask that you do the same. I am sure that every thought and prayer will be appreciated.

DOG BOOK

Above you will see a 6 page dog book. I have been wanting to do one and this is a small 4x4 book made to carry with you or have on an end table to look at. It is just big enough to showcase your very best friend. The book will hold about 6 photos or you can use smaller ones and add 2 to 1 page. Whatever you want to do. The plastic holder is nice because it will wipe right off. So no need to worry about little fingers touching it.

Have fun with it and add things that mean a lot to you and your pet. Most of the time we outlive our pets and this is a wonderful reminder of that special relationship. The same idea can be used for any pet, cat and etc.

Happy Easter!

I trust that everyone will have a wonderful day today.

The above 4 postings were fun to make. The boy paper is extremely colorful and bold print. I cut the bullseye in half and added it to each base sheet. That gave each layout an interesting focal point. The navy and red Bazzill paper just highlighted and accented the print.

The card, Amazing Grace, started out as just a 12x12 sheet of paper. On the inside of the card it says, how sweet the sound. Any occasion would be fitting for sending this card.

The sweet baby layout is just playful and creates a place for a grouping of 7 pictures around the center photo. The center is accented by the adhesive paper lace from Around The Block. Love this product. The lace is white, paper and comes in 4 different patterns. You can color, chalk, or do anything to change the color and add color to it. Very good product.
