Good Morning!!
This weather is so swampy. I hope everyone is ok with all the rain, flooding and snow. Wow, what a year this has been so far.
There are 2 layouts and 1 card above. The card was just playful. I thought that the outrageous zebra stripe needed some bright color and the shocking pink was brought in. Turned out kind of cute. The pink and black layout is very classy. The 4 colors are wedded together very nicely. I think the black bling is the bomb. Love it.
The graduation bear is perfect for a kindergarten graduation. Frame it and hang it in the bedroom, hall or wherever you want.
Everyone have a wonderful day and talk to you soon. If there is ever a special item, or idea you want me to post, just comment and I will take it from there.

I am showing you another grouping of the layouts I am doing for a design team. There is also one card among them. I will have about 20 more by the time I am done. The new store is about to open in 2 weeks and I am helping them with their displays. This is a blast. I am having so much fun. I get started on a layout and it turns out to be 3 or 4 by the time I am done.
Take your time and look at them. I have used the new paper and embellishments from LITTLE YELLOW BICYCLE - ZACH'S LIFE COLLECTION. This paper has a very unique look and is soooo boy. It was fun letting the creative juices just flow and see what I could come up with. I think they turned out really nice. There will be a whole grouping with this paper company of about 6 layouts by the time I finish.
Have a great day and now everyone can leave me comments. Thanks to Camille. She told me how to change that setting so everyone can be included w/o a Google account. So go to it!!!

Good morning, friends. I thought I would start out this morning by posting 2 more layouts and a card that I made for the design team. The layouts are independent of each other. Just pretty and can be used for so many titles and events. Feel free to use any of my layout structures you want. I have no problem with that. Also I included a card with the layouts. The card is very simple and oh so pretty. I used the flourishes from my sizzix to make the bottom of the flower. They represent either the base and leaves or the base the flower is in. A beautiful "just because" card. Amanda Blu was the paper used for these layouts and card also.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone, and happy Palm Sunday tomorrow. It is important that we reflect on the remembrance of a life changing event.
Thank you and have a wonderful day.

2 PAGE LAYOUT
The above layouts go together. Let's Go Shopping. These layouts were
done for a design team project. I will be creating quite a few more, and I will post them as well. Amamda Blu is a new line of paper to me. The designs are very bright and colorful. I thoroughly enjoyed making these layouts. I am working on a link that will section off every layout. This will give you a chance to view them in a particular theme, event or season.

Customer custom books are my favorite. You build the book according to their personal needs, wants and themes. I am working on a wedding album right now. When it is finished, I will post.
Thanks for giving me a look-see. Have a great day and have fun.

BEAUTY IN THE MAKING
The pictures for the 2 page layout were taken last spring. I just couldn't resist taking them of Rachael. She came to me with a brush and said "Nana, would you make me 'butiful'!! I told her to go in my room and we would work on her hair. When I arrived I found her at my dressing table playing with all my hair stuff. So I sneaked in and took these pictures.
The Lord has given me such wonderful, handsome and beautiful grandchildren. I love them each so much. I thank Him everyday.
Have a great day,
Sandra

TAGS
I made some tags the other day and thought you would like to see them. I enjoy taking scrap pieces of paper and creating. Most likely there is always something to be created from scrap.
This is a short entry. We had 6" of snow last night and it is quite beautiful this morning. For those of us living in the south, snow is not a regular thing.
Have a great day and have fun!

MARDI GRAS PAPER BAG ALBUM

MARDI GRAS BOOK
I had a special order for a Mardi Gras book. Ordered the paper and embellishments from Scrappersaurus Scrapbooks, Metarie, LA. They have everything you need to make layouts, books, whatever you can dream up for the Mardi Gras season. They're online store is exceptional.
The book turned our beautiful. There are a lot of very unique things about the book I would like to show you.
1. Photo 1 and 2 show the cover of the book. The mask is handmade and the feathers added. On the side of the book are green, purple and gold beads. The hanging coins are attached to the rings as well. Stunning!
2. Photo 4 shows pages 3 & 4 of the book. The mask is part of the handmade paper. On page 4 I cut around the mask creating a space where I could attach the gold paper underneath. Just slide your photo in.
3. Photo 5 highlights pages 5 & 6. Both pages have a photo album that pulls out and is accordion style for about 14 to 16 photos and/or journaling.
4. Photo 6 is the last 2 pages of the book. Envelope, trolley which open up to a photo mat and die cut ribbon.
Have a great day. Until next time,
Sandra
