THINKING OF YOU
Just a simple little card, but it can mean so much. If someone is on your heart and mind it helps to say so. The above card was made with that in mind. The pages have been inked and a beautiful satin ribbon was added. 3 scalloped hearts were punched out and placed in the middle of the page. I then joined them together so I could stamp this pretty hat on it. The hat has been shaded with pens and chalk. A very nice effect. The inside of the card is open for the sender to write a personal sentiment.
Just a little card, with a lot to say. Take your time to look at it and let me know what you think. Thanks and have a great day. Remember to try something new today and happy scrappin'.

FRIENDS

Sarah and Ellie! What more can I say. You see one, you see the other. They are very close friends and do not like to be separated. My granddaughter is Sarah and one of my scrapping buddies is Ellie's mom. We all hang out together often and the girls are together almost every day. I am sure they will be very close, like sisters, all of their lives.

The silver tag is a new magnetic tag put out by Petaloo. The scrapbook store that I design for sent me a pair of them. One large and one medium. This is the medium size. Each is covered with silver metallic paper, and when they shut, there is a magnet inside that holds the cover shut. I then decorated the tag.

On the cover I stamped the flowers and the saying. Then I used a few Heidi Grace rubons for effect and added the glittery flower and green leaf. On the inside I included their names, date, and a few more rubons. The main page has the picture of the girls that I cut to size and separated them. You can still get the idea when you see them look at each other. Real cute!

Thanks for looking and try something new today. Happy scrappin'.

SNOWMAN
"NEW" Acrylic Album
The above snowman album was designed, cut and decorated by me.
This snowman design has been copyrighted.
This book was a lot of fun to make. I had the idea for the design, cut it out and decorated it in a snow motif. It is fun doing snow and Christmas albums in the summer. Kind of keeps you cool!
The album consists of 3 regular 8x8 pages and the last page has the cut out of the snowman. I then painted him and used sparkly glitter and Stickles to decorate. His bow tie is a snowman ribbon that I had. Real cute.
I thought I would share this design with you. I have them for sale on my Tea 4 Two Acrylics. The snowman album is about to be added, so look for it soon and if you want to order 1 or more, just email me and I will gladly give you the specifics.
Have a great day and try something new today. Happy scrappin'.

SUMMERTIME FLIP FLOPS
Cute, cute and still cute. Every young girl or tween would love to have a book like this. It is all pinks, greens and summertime. I had so much fun making this book. I simply followed the outline of the paper flip flops and added the white paper bags. There is lots of special tags, photo mats and places to journal all those important times. It is kind of like a flip flop diary.
Take your time to look at the book and if you have any comments or questions, feel free to leave me a comment. Also, if there is a particular type of book you want to see, just let me know. I may have already done one and I will post it.
Thanks for checking in and have a great day. Try something new today and happy scrappin'.

MY GRANDAD
A paper bag album just for Grandad. We sometimes forget just how special and important our Grandparents are to us. Especially Grandads. My Grandad was so kind and fun to be around. Whether he was taking us fishing, playing pool in the cellar, or simply just sitting and talking we enjoyed his company. A very special man in so many ways. I will always remember with fondness and love.
You simply let your paper bag album develop with you personal experiences and special times spent together. Each page can be built around a photo of your Grandad and you.
Have fun creating this special remembrance album and happy scrappin'.

MOTHER - MOM
This book was made especially for the mother of a special friend. We decided to make it a tag book so her mom could flip it easily. The color palette is pinks, greens and creams. The book came out really cute and her mom just loved it. She filled it with all the grand and great-grand children's photos. She put her mom's picture on the front of the album on the tag. On one side there is a photo of her mom as a young girl and on the other side a photo of her as an adult.
I enjoyed making this book, as it came out really nice and the recipient was so very appreciative. Her mom is in assisted living now and every time she has a visitor she shows them her "special" album. I am so very proud and happy to play a small part of her happiness.

'OLD' SCHOOL
A quick entry today. I made this paper bag album on a whim. I have had the idea for a while. I purchased a protractor and I already had the school paper. Kind of an old school print. Real cute. I put the bags over the protractor and seamed it with the sewing machine. This gives it stability and cannot be taken off.
This is a great idea for a teacher present at Christmas or at the end of the school year. Just a thought.
Have a great day, try something new and happy scrappin'.

ALL ME - Acrylic Scrapbook
Ribbons, bows, pink and definitely "all girl". Any young lady would love to have a book like this to put their photos in. There are many photo mats, tags and special places for a surprise photo and journaling. This acrylic scrapbook has 12 pages, counting the front and back cover. There is lots of bling, buttons, crystals, hand doodling, gorgeous rub ons, and multiple flowers. It has it all!
The paper chosen was mostly Heidi Grace with a mixture of Bazzill, and a few others. Most of the flowers have bling centers, or button centers. Very unique and different.
Enjoy looking at this book. I thoroughly enjoyed making it.
Try something new today and happy scrappin'.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEET SIXTEEN
ACRYLIC SCRAPBOOK
I just love this book and had to show you the photos again. It has been a while since I made it and sold it. I am starting to get into the "sweet 16" mood again.
The colors and paper chosen are so bright and happy. Definitely reflects on the whole theme of the album. There is a large photo mat on the 3rd page for the birthday girl and many more multiple mats throughout the album. I have put a special 6 page mat for the special pictures and journaling of the 1st car. Wow, what a special time in the life of a teen. I know my heart skipped and fluttered at the same time when my daughters drove solo for the first time. Remember when it was you? I sure do!
Thanks for letting me ramble on this morning. Have a wonderful summer and don't let the sun get you too hot. Till next time, happy scrappin'.
