It is my pleasure to bring to you a blog site full of ideas, projects and techniques. Please take your time to go through it. You are more than welcome to use my ideas for your own personal use. I do ask that you do not use my ideas for submissions to contests, publications or to sell. I would love to see any ideas of mine created by you. "TIS THE SEASON"
Glad to be back and ready to create lots of scrapbooking art. I needed to take some time for family obligations.
The above Christmas book was created for Scrapbook Village in Kentucky. I will be giving the acrylic class in October. Should be lots of fun. I love teaching my craft to fellow scrapbookers. Very satisfying.
The paper that was used was from Webster's Pages and is rich in Christmas colors of burgundy and green. There are lots of photo mats and a pull tag for even more photos. The book can be displayed all year long and at your fingertips to show when guests come.
Thank you and remember to try something new today. Happy scrappin'.

Hello Fellow Bloggers,

You may have been wondering why I have not posted lately. Well, needless to say I have been extremely busy.
I have been out of town and one of my daughters is moving next week. So I have been helping pack, watch children, or whatever she needs me to do.

I will not be posting until after September 1st. Hopefully all will be under control by then and I will start sharing my art with you again.

I will talk to you in a few weeks.
Until then, try something new today and happy scrappin'.

APPLE of my "eye"
This project was all pleasure. I had pieces of acrylic left from other books and drew the apple and cut it out. It measures 8x7". The book has 4 pages with the edges painted a bright red. The stem is green, of course. The paper I have had for a while and seemed to fit the theme perfectly. I am going to list this book on ebay, and make one for the purchaser just like it, almost. I am going to keep this one as a prototype.
Thanks for stopping by and try something new today.
Happy Scrappin'.
